Delivery Information
Delivery Schedule & Lead Time Policy
For fresh flower arrangements, a minimum lead time of one (1) day is required. Same-day delivery is available for selected products if orders are placed before 14:00 (Philippines Time). However, certain specialty flowers (like imported roses or orchids) may require 2–3 days advance notice. Please plan accordingly.
No deliveries on Sundays unless placed at least two (2) days in advance, or unless the item specifically states Sunday delivery is possible.
Recipient Availability and Rescheduling Policy
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact them. If delivery cannot be completed, a notice will be left and the recipient may reschedule. If no response is received within two (2) days, the order will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.
Service Coverage
We deliver across Cebu City, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, and nearby towns. Deliveries to remote areas outside Cebu Province may require additional lead time or delivery fees. We do not offer international deliveries from the Philippines.
How We Deliver Flowers in Cebu
Orders are carefully prepared by our partner florists and delivered by trusted local couriers. Each bouquet is securely packaged to maintain freshness and presentation.
Time-Specific Delivery Requests
Customers may request preferred delivery time frames (morning, afternoon, or evening). While we do our best to accommodate, exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and logistics in Cebu.
Delivery Confirmation
Customers may request delivery confirmation. Simply contact our support team, and we will provide updates once your order has been delivered.
When the Recipient Is Not Home
If the recipient is not available, our courier may leave the order with a family member, neighbor, or building guard (with permission). If this is not possible, the recipient will be contacted for redelivery. Unclaimed deliveries within two (2) days are considered complete and non-refundable.
Quality Assurance
We guarantee the freshness and quality of all flowers and gifts. If there are any concerns upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can provide assistance or replacement.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellations must be made at least two (2) days before the scheduled delivery date. We cannot accept late cancellations. If an item is defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement. Refunds are not available if the recipient refuses delivery without valid reason.
Surprise Delivery Policy
For smooth delivery, we generally contact recipients before arrival. However, if you prefer a complete surprise, please inform us in advance. The sender’s name can remain confidential until the gift is received. For safety reasons, we do not leave flowers unattended.
Ordering Flowers with Other Products
When flowers are ordered together with cakes, chocolates, or gift baskets, items may arrive separately depending on handling and availability.
Holiday Deliveries
During peak occasions (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), deliveries may take longer and exact timing cannot be guaranteed. If a Philippine national holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday may be treated as a non-delivery day.
